A few years later I opened a restaurant and started roasting coffee to sell to my customers who loved the aroma and taste of the fresh, robust brews. Our artisan roasts, blends and flavors are island inspired and hand roasted in small batches using premium beans from the worlds best crops to insure optimal flavor and freshness.
